With over 20 years of nursing experience, I have dedicated my career to helping patients improve their health through compassionate, evidence-based care. My journey began as a Licensed Vocational Nurse, progressed to Registered Nurse, and ultimately led to earning my Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and becoming a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner licensed in multiple states.
Throughout my career, I have cared for patients across the lifespan in a variety of clinical settings, managing both acute and chronic health conditions. My passion for preventive medicine inspired me to pursue advanced training in medical weight management, hormone optimization, and evidenced-based wellness care.
I believe every patient deserves individualized care—not a one-size-fits-all approach. I take the time to listen, understand your goals, and develop a personalized treatment plan designed to help you achieve lasting results.
